GOVERNANCE PROGRAM
The Australian, state and territory education Ministers agreed to changes to the National Quality Framework (NQF) to ensure quality education and care in Australia continues to improve in the most efficient and effective way. Decisions were made following a review of the National Partnership Agreement on the National Quality Agenda for Early Childhood Education and Care, including consultation with the education and care sector, families, and communities. The changes started on 1st of February 2018. One of the Standards changed was “NQS 7 Leadership and Management”. This standard now is called “Governance and Leadership”. What is the Difference between Governance and Management?
COMPLIANCE AUDIT
It is important to know and understand the legislation the sector is subject to. Essentially there are specific laws that govern how education and care services operate as well as what we have to do as a consequence of receiving government subsidies. There are also laws that affect the operation of businesses and organizations in general to which education and care services are also subject. The Australian Government administers some laws while state and territory governments administer others. It is a service’s responsibility to know and understand all relevant laws.

National Quality Standard Evaluation
The National Quality Standard (NQS) sets a high national benchmark for early childhood education and care and outside school hours care services in Australia. The NQS includes 7 quality areas that are important outcomes for children. Services are assessed and rated by their regulatory authority against the NQS, and given a rating for each of the 7 quality areas and an overall rating based on these results.
Evaluation is a part of the continuous improvement process. We help Services to develop quality improvement plans. We analyze the problems, set the goals, plan the actions and monitor the results. Through all these steps we help services to improve their quality standards and achieve a high rating in their NQS Assessment.

In Amazing Learning, we provide professional development training for Early childhood Educators and Back office Staff. We understand that every service provider is different and supply services with training program based on assessment and business needs.
Workshops
The best way to learn is trying. A workshop is a single, short (from 45 minutes to two full days) educational program designed to teach or introduce to participants practical skills, techniques, or ideas which they can then use in their work or their daily lives. We provide workshops to show the best ideas, practice and educational impact for early childhood services. The workshop could be as a part of professional development for Educators or as a part of your program and planning where we deliver children’s educational activities in the Service and provide more ideas for Educators to vary their program.
